Pre-register for this slow flow yoga class for $20 or $25 at the door

Enjoy a 1hr. Slow Flow class, including breathwork, warm up, Sun Salutations, Slow Flow, and gentle meditative rest (Savasana) and stay for a refreshing beverage after! Bring a friend!

All Levels Welcome, ages 12+ (a healthy level of mobility-getting up and down from the floor to standing-is necessary). 

Please bring your own yoga mat, props and water bottle.
